Exceptional work, trustworthy, fairly priced, super nice to work with. 7/17/2014

My home had a significant electrical surge during a storm which blew out my HVAC, garage door opener, cable, TVs, telephones, computer and some outlets. Jesse Burke came to the house right on time, which was so appreciated. He was thorough in his inspection of everything and suggested I have a "full house" surge protector placed in my electrical panel. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the price was for not only that, but for all services provided. I've also worked with ProLectric at my place of business and I highly recommend them. Very trustworthy! more

Would highly recommend 7/22/2013

We were helped with only one phone call & received service the same day thanks to Mike Early having suggested that if we were flexible, we could be worked in if a break in a schedule occurred. Mike Tillman & Steve Morris were gracious & persistent and worked efficiently in troubleshooting & resolving our issue(s) completely. Thanks guys!! more

ProLectric was here promptly, they looked over the job to size it up and got whatever they needed to do it quickly. They helped expedite the total overall connection of our electrical service and they really knew what they were doing. The technician was hard working and he didn't take time to break. more

Terrific experience. Absolutely no complaints. 5/8/2013

We had an electrical problem that we were quite concerned about. ProLectric came out in a short period of time and repaired it. I was quite pleased. A previous electrical company had told me that it would be a much bigger and more expensive job so we were very concerned. But ProLectric actually made it a much smaller job. It was wonderful. more

Today is the third time ProLectric has done work for me. Jesse Burke has done the work each time and is always prompt, polite,works quickly and does good work. I had them out to do a few things. They checked my main breaker box, checked some of my ceiling outlets to see if there were shorts or anything, and fixed my ceiling fan. They were fantastic. They were very professional, astute, and checked everything to make me feel safe and happy. more

Good people, good service, good prices 12/26/2012

We've used Prolectric at home and at my place of business on many occasions and its always been good. The service is timely, and prompt. They do a good job, and have reasonable prices. I've been using them for 4 years. They run electrical lines, repair conveyors, computer boards, and replace receptacles, at the household and commercial level. I highly recommend them. My expectations when most people come to work for me are low, so I won't be disappointed, but they have far exceeded my expectations with the quality of their work. more

They're very reliable. My facility is dependent on up-time for profitability, and they understand that. So anytime I have an issue, they, in a short time-frame, get somebody out to diagnose and fix the problems to get us back up and running. We work very well with ProLectric. more

Exceded my expectations 8/16/2011

I upgraded my house from 150 to 200 amp service. This work required extensive coordination with external organizations like Georgia Power and the city inspector. In total, Georgia Power came to the house 3 times and the inspector came 3 times. Proelectric made all coordinations. Jesse and Aaron worked on my upgraded system so quickly that I had power restored to the house in a matter of hours. I would recommend them to anyone. more
