My Jonny boot story: 3/4/2009

I recently had a Jonny boot (YSL) repaired by this amazing shop. While walking, I brushed the remainder of a cut down pole, which inserted two small 1' nicks into the side of my boot. I was hoping the boot could be repaired to 60% of its prior appearance, and to my disbelief the shop was able to restore it to about 98%. I couldn't be more content. And the price to fix it was exceptionally proportional to the amount of damage ($25). more

Fabulous Service 12/11/2007

They did amazing work for me. I needed a pair of patent leather Jimmy Choo boots stretched, and the final fit was perfect. They even gave me advice on preservation and storage. Plus, they could not have been nicer. I would definitely go back! more

Regressive shoe repair 11/4/2006

This is simply a shoe repair to avoid, second rate work and expensive.\r They even lost my shoes & when they found them they didn't even start the work after being there for over a week.\r I should have stuck to my local Shoe Repair in Santa Monica where I live, not where I work. more

Hole in the wall 11/3/2006

This shop turns out work like zombies were working on them.\r My biege gucci shoes came back soiled & looking like no one really cared about the work they did.This modern day cobbler just does not seem to undestand the delicate designer shoes these days. I tried this place twice but their attitude was a real turnoff. Cons: They are still in buisness more
