I had a fantastic experience getting therapy at Progressive Hand and Physical therapy. The receptionist and therapist were all kind friendly and helpful. The clinic was very organized and clean. I had surgery on my fractured wrist which for the past 20 years had lost all flexion and extension in my wrist and lost stregnth to use my fingers. Thanks to the help of my therapist I can bend my wrist and use my fingers better than I could before my surgery. My wrist and hand are in better shape than it has been in over 20 years. I went to therapy for 4 months and every time I arrived I was seen immediately and every one was very courteous. I highly recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of therapy on there hands or wrists. more

I do not recommend this place at all, and am reporting it to the medical board! I was humiliated and embarrassed and implied I was lying and seeking attention. I am a 100% DISABLED VETERAN and was told that I was not hurt and that I did not deserve a service dog. That only blind people deserve service dogs and that if I got one, I would be refused service. FYI In the state of TEXAS, ITS AGAINST THE LAW TO REFUSE SERVICE TO DISABLED PERSONS BECUASE OF A SERIVCE ANIMAL!!! I was told I didnt need physical therapy and because I am not coming three times a week becuase of finances because of no insurance, I was given 10 new exercises making almost 15 exercises total. I have PTSD, I CANT REMEMBER ALL THAT!!! They know this! MYINJURIES ARE PERMANENT!!! Plus, I NEED knee surgery and I will need physical therapy for that! They pulled this crap in front of other patients LOUDLY!!! THey HARRASSED me in front of people!!! They told me if I got a service dog to leave him at home. OBVIOUSLY THEY HAVE NO MEANING OF THE WORD SERVICE DOG!!! YOU CANT LEAVE A SERVICE DOG ALONE!!! Everyone knows that!!! They ILLEGALLY DISCRIMINATED against me on purpose and I have the right to sue! more

Great Therapist, Nice Environment 4/11/2012

Excellent help and knowledge by the therapist. I went for therapy on both arms after a multiple fractures from an accident. The therapist was so kind, patient, explanatory, and wonderful. Both of my arms have regained full mobility and strength - I couldn't have done this without her! Highly recommend! more

The Best Little Physical Therapy in Texas! 12/16/2011

Excellent help from my physical therapist after knee replacement surgery. She wants me to be the best I can be and is determined as I am that I will not walk with a limp. You also receive good guidance for your exercises to do at home. It is a small ""Mom and Pop"" physical therapy space but the advantage is less distractions and more individual attention. more

Very disorganized. Poor service. 1/14/2009

The estimate they gave me for therapy went up several times due to their insurance processing and bookkeeping errors. They said they were on my insurance and half way through therapy I was told that there had been a mistake and that they were not, in fact, on my insurance plan. This cost me several hundred more dollars out of pocket. Pros: People were nice Cons: Bookkeeping and insurance processing errors cost me a lot of extra money out of pocket. more
