Progressive Chrysler Jeep Dodge Inc

I bought a truck in December 2011. Everyone was very nice. Of course they are when you are buying a vehicle. However, I drove 5 hours to pick up the vehicle. I drove it home. The next day I heard clicking noises and wind noise. I made an appointment with the Jeep dealership in my city. They notified me that the right front differential/axle bolt had to be replaces and appeared that the front end had been worked on. Which this was never mentioned to me when I asked if the car had any issues. Two, the dealer notified me that the windshield was aftermarket and the molding was warped and needed replacing. I am still highly upset because I have called within a week after I received the vehicle. I was told that replacing of the differential/axle bolt is not under their warranty and I also asked if they would make it right by at least going in half or working something out the dealership to fix the windshield. The manager said we didn't do it is not our responsibility. I called the manager and sales person back and no one has returned my call to give me the information of the person before me. Progressive stresses that they have been in business for over 25 years and their reputation is the utmost. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I will never be back. more
