I have experienced chronic lower back pain since 2007 and my whole world was turned upside down because of it. Life for me became debilitating and often I had to limp to walk. I had become depressed and my hope for recovery with any quality of life was slowly slipping away. \r \r I remember how skeptical I was when I first met Dr. John. I though, ""he's so young, what can he know that will help me?"" It was hard to ""hang in there"" for the first few weeks and then....POW! I realized my pain was decreasing! At first it felt like magic. My ability to shop, do light house work, spend time with my daughter and physically get around at my job got unbelievably much better! This place is AWESOME!!! Let me tell you something if you have any back pain, neck pain or just plain ole pain Dr. John is who you should see. My wife and I see Dr. John and I just love the whole office. He is a dedicated chiropractor and you can tell that from the minute you arrive. The staff is very courteous and more than helpful. Dr. John Grgicak is one of the most wonderful doctors I have ever encountered. When going in for treatment you are treated with the utmost respect. It is their sole mission to get their patients pain free and educated on a healthy lifestyle. I have never felt better! After being told time and time again by surgeons that I would need a very invasive surgery that could possibly ruin my life, Dr. John has given me hope for my future. After only 8 weeks of treatment, 90 percent of my symptoms are gone!! I plan on making chiropractic part of my lifestyle. There was a time I thought I would have to hang up my active, sports, life style due to back injuries. I was referred to Dr John several years ago. Dr John studied my situation and came up with a plan that works for me. I can now play golf, tennis, and most importantly hockey, when other doctors told me to hang them up. Dr. John and Sue are the best! My family began treatment with Dr. John 2 years ago, my husband following back surgery and myself, for lower back pain and head/neck tension. We also took our teen age children to ensure their spine grew correctly while growing. We all feel much better with increased mobility! I had a very sore shoulder from playing golf. The Entire staff was very friendly and approachable. Already after my first visit, i was able to turn my head side to side further then i had been able to for many years. Now 3 months later, ive got much improved mobility, The pain is gone and all i can say is ""Thanks Dr. John"" you have been a blessing especiallly in my golf swing. more

When I first went to see him, I was experiencing back aches daily, migrane headaches, heel pain, neck aches, and not able to sleep through the night. I have been to about 4 chiropractors in my life for various reasons. I never had a complaint about any of them, but this is by far the BEST CHIROPRACTOR I have ever come across!!\r \r Everyone in the office is extremely friendly, they always remember you and what is going on in your life. Anytime I have ever needed to change an appointment, or called to say I was just going to miss it completely, they have met my phone calls with nothing but kindness.\r \r Some of the other chiropractors I have been to have been efficient at my adjustment, but the lack of personality just gives the office a cold, clinical feeling.\r \r Dr. John is AMAZING!!! A couple years ago I began having health problems and was experiencing pain, restless nights and limited movement, which caused me to decrease and even stop many of my everyday activities. I had tried several solutions to my medical dilemma with no results and was becoming more frustrated with my situation. A friend recommended Dr. John from Progressive Chiropractic. I decided to take her advice. On my first office visit, I was greeted by Susan, his office assistant. She made me feel very comfortable. Dr. John listened to my concerns with compassion, knowledge and professionalism. After that appointment, I knew I had finally found someone who understood my health problems. After looking at my health history and establishing my current health status, Dr. John explained his plan to improve my health. Within a few weeks, I began to see an improvement in my range of motion and my pain was beginning to be less of a problem. Gradually I was able to do activities that I had been avoiding. Today, with deep gratitude for Dr. John's treatments and expert care, I am now able to do everything I did before my health problems developed and with no pain. I move a lot. I've had four different chiropractors. I've had other good ones, but seriously, Dr. Mike is by far the best I've had. I've recommended friends to him that have been very happy going there. His business side of things is the best I've every come across. His persona and staff are awesome.
