Profile Cabinet and Design

I would stay away from this company, we hired them to build our cabinets, but they instead gave us substandard work, and when we refused to accept their cabinets after 5 weeks past delivery date, and numerous problems, the owner yelled and screamed at us, and called my husband all sorts of cuss words and then threatened us by email. I apologize for the delay in responding. I was cleaning out my email today and found this realizing I had not responded. Each time we entered the store we were promptly greeted by somone with a very friendly demeanor. We were never rushed, always given time to browse. We worked with Steve throughout our project and he was great to work with. He was very accommodating about shceduling appointments to fit our schedule. He designed a fabulous kitchen for us. The craftmanship in the final product can't be beat. The compliments from guests in our home are endless. Thank you!! more

Profile Cabinet was recommended to us by a family friend, so we called them and they came out. We actually wanted a new floor, but they gave us such a good price that we completely redid the kitchen. They completed the project within 10 days as promised. The foreman David was wonderful to work with, and the whole crew was very polite and respectful. They kept the house as clean as possible throughout the entire process. They were also great about giving suggestions. We didn't know exactly what we wanted at first, and they were patient as we decided. They gave us options. The finished product is something we could never have imagined. They came in and demolished the kitchen. They took out the floor, the sub floor, the cabinets, counter tops, and appliances. Then we put in new cabinets, granite counter tops, a brand new wood floor, repainted, installed new canned lights, under cabinet lights, and a new sink. They also refinished the wood floors on the first level of our house so that they matched the kitchen. It's amazing. At the last minute Doug suggested that we add a hutch, and so he built that as well. It is beautiful with glass doors, and it gave us a lot more cabinet space. The customer service is outstanding. We worked with their designer, and she had great ideas. The fact that they finished within 10 days was amazing, especially because the previous experience we had with a contractor they took 4 months to redo a bedroom and bathroom. more

We were not looking forward to the disruption in our lives with a kitchen remodel but Olympic Cabinet made it easy and tolerable with their efficiency and professionalism on the job. There wasn't any down time and no waiting around for them to finish. They were in and out in a week's time. Incredible! Doug was knowledgeable about the job that needed to be done and kept to his word on the cost and the time it would take. There were no surprises other than the wonderful surprise of an incredible looking kitchen. The professionalism of the crew, David and Pablo, (along with others) was superb. Jessica was so sweet and easy to work with too. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and would use Olympic Cabinet again without question. more

I had a fantastic experience working with Steve. He helped us to custom design our kitchen cabinets and they are outstandingly functional and beautiful. He also helped us to pick the finishes. We have incredible cherry cabinets with a natural finish. We also have custom lockers and a desk in our 'mudroom'. It's hard to decide which part of the house I love more. They also helped us to pick our hardware which looks great. Thank you! Steve is very personable, professional and efficient! more

We redid out entire kitchen. It was completely gutted, and we got all new cabinets, a wet bar, a center island, an entry way mud room, and pantry cabinets. We also added a master bathroom, and Profile Cabinet and Design did all the cabinets in there, as well as gutting and redoing our guest bathroom with new cabinets. Everything looks wonderful; it is absolutely great. I was extremely pleased with the process. I dealt mostly with Steve, and I can't say enough good things about him. Steve really worked with us on the design of everything and worked with our contractor. He worked directly with us so that we could tell him our concepts and he would make it happen. If there were things we couldn't quite figure out, Steve would come up with good ideas so that we would end up with what we wanted. I am absolutely pleased with the end results, and we have gotten many, many compliments on our cabinets. I would absolutely recommend Profile Cabinet and Design. more

These people were fantastic. Profile Cabinet and Design has the best crew, and the supervisor, David, was just phenomenal. I told him I am going to miss you when you are gone because they were such wonderful, personable people. They became friends. And they did excellent work. It was really a great experience. We had a very large job. We had them do a complete kitchen makeover. They did not have to knockdown or build walls, but they extended the faucet an the bar, and they put in all new cabinets, a new pantry, a new floor, new lighting, and a fan. They also remodeled two bathrooms. They built cabinets, tiled the floors and walls, and they installed new lighting. Beyond this, they tiled the hallway, replaced the carpeting on the stairs with oak, and they created a storage compartment on the side of the staircase. And they completed the entire job in 9 days. They were amazing. After everything was finished and cleaned, the supervisor told me to take the weekend to go through everything and make a list of anything I would like them to look at. He said he would come back Monday to go over the list, and I did find a few things, like two cabinet doors that seemed a little off. So, he took the doors to be fixed. That is good customer service, and I feel like they are the type of company that would come back to take care of things three months out. I recommend them to anybody. Joyce Whitebread more
