Professor Pyle's Five Step Carpet Care

Professor Pyle's just completed an awesome job on my carpet today. They got all the spots and stains out. My carpet looks and smells clean. It looks so good I don't want to walk on it! more

Just bought a bank owned house that had carpet that was thrashed. Spots everywhere, dark patches in front of the where I think the couch was and a couple of ripples across the family room. I figured I'd at least see what a carpet cleaner had to say before I spent the money to replace it. \r \r Working with them was the smoothest part of buying this house. Got a free visit to look at my carpet and get a price, they seemed like they knew what they were doing and convinced me to let them clean and do a carpet stretching instead of replacing it. They totally delivered. Turned around the carpet and it looks great, and I got a free bottle of spot remover. Guarantee says spots won't return. I'm very particular about my house and its cleanliness and I am SO impressed with Professor Pyles! They were on-time, professional, friendly, and thorough. They moved my furniture and even told me that there were parts of my house that probably didn't need to be cleaned. They actually down-sold me instead of up-selling me! \r But the most impressive thing of all is that I could see the unbelievable amount of dirt they got out of my carpets. I have them cleaned regularly but have never seen so much of a difference. With other companies my carpet looks great for a day, but once you start walking on it, it looks dingy again. Professor Pyles came a few weeks ago and it still looks like brand new carpet. I have never done an online review before, but I took the time in this case because they totally deserve it.
