Professional Roof Repair by Cottonwood Construction

Cottonwood Construction IS a Licensed Contractor. I checked the PSI website. They are a legal contractor licensed by the state of New Mexico. Their license number is 368621. I am really glad I used Cottonwood Construction. They fixed my roof leak quickly, did a great job and their rates were reasonable. They also do other work too. When my water froze they got me a plumber to get my water back on when no plumbers were available. My neighbors had no water for over a week, I had mine on in 1 day! They fixed the damage caused by the broken pipes, did a great job for what the insurance paid, no hassles. These are great guys. more

After a hail storm damaged my roof I used this company to repair the damage. They came and gave me a free inspection and estimate including photos so I could see exactly what was needed. The biggest problem was a broken skylight. I felt their quote was reasonable. They did the work quickly and neatly and sent me more photos after the work was completed. I was treated politely and professionally. They even called later to make sure I was happy. I would definitely use this company again. more

When my roof started leaking I started calling roofers out of the phone book. They were all telling me my roof was shot. My dad looked at it and said he thought it looked good, there must be another problem. A co-worker told me about this company. I called and Will, the owner. He came and looked at the roof. He took pictures with his phone and showed me that the problem was not even with the roof, but that a skylight was cracked and a wall next to the roof had holes in it. He said, and showed me with pictures, that the roof is actually in really good condition. They did the work for what I thought was a very reasonable price. They even fixed the damage inside. The next time it rained Will called to make sure I had no more leaks (which I didn't) An honest contractor who knows his stuff. Thank You. more
