And your fears about what your pet was put through by her are wrong, she never puts her hands on them while they are there, and yes the bill you will receive will shock you and that is intentional. And my friend did seem to think highly of Peter. But Said angela was a shrew!!!!!!!!!! LOL I use Dogs Den Pet Grooming on Jordan Lane they have only been open a year and a half so they don't do the boarding or doggie daycare yet but the girls there are great and they do dog rescue work also so anyone looking to find a pet professional who truly cares...check them out Lynn (Responsible Pet Owner) more

Don't use them 9/18/2006

The Pet Resort was very good when they opened, however since Peter left the care of the pets has diminished considerably. They do not have enough staff any longer for the number of pets that are housed at one time. They do not advertise their prices and if you don't ask beforehand what the different options cost you can be very surprised. In addition, the owner of the establishment does not have any customer service skills, and if you question her about anything she becomes very abusive. It makes me wonder about what my pets went through while I was away. more
