First of all this has to be by far the WORST RUDE collections agency. I discovered oneday that I had a hospital bill from 2005 I was not aware of and called this office and they threatened to file a sew against me just because I requested a copy of the bill. I asked them to fax it to me and they would not but they did state they could mail it to me. They continuously threatened to sew me even though I told them i would take care of it but needed to resubmit it to my insurance agency. THe person I dealt with was a lady named KATHY. I don't know how she sleeps at night being the rude @#$@$$@$ she is. Why would I calll the agency if I did not want to take care of it. I had to get a law to get on their asses and resolve the problem.
