Professional Hypnotists Stop Smoking Hypnosis Clinic

This place needs to be shut down!!!! The night I attended, everyone was informed after paying, that there was no running water. If anyone had to use the bathroom they were required to go on top of the last persons and not flush or put toilet paper in the toilet. Disgusting!! There was no option of rescheduling. Also, to not have a drink of water after they make you chain smoke 3 cigarettes was not very pleasant. Shortly into the session the man next to me got sick and walked out. The hypnotis made ignorant comments to everyone about this man and told everyone to sit tight while he went out to talk to the man. I could hear the man asking if he could please reschedule and he was rudely told ""absolutely not!"" He then asked if he could get any money refunded and the answer was no. The hypnotis told him to come sit back down or leave. The poor man did come back and stayed through the session. I wish I had read other reviews before I scheduled the appointment. I ended up paying $165 for a horrible experience and it didn't help me in the least with quitting smoking. I think that the people that do have success, is not due to the session, but the fact they they are determined to make it work, because they payed so much $ for total crap. Dr. White is extremely rude. He cussed at me on the phone and hung up on me on more than one occasion. On behalf of my father, I called a week prior to his appointment to tell the clinic he was was in the hospital due to immediate surgery and couldn't make it, but would like to stay registered for the next session. He was very cold to me and told me his secretary would call me back to tell me when the next session would be (you'd think most people would have sympathy and tell you they were sorry to hear someone was in the hospital). A few days go by and I do not hear from the secretary so I call back. Again Dr. White is rude and seemed just plain annoyed that I called again. He said 'I already spoke to you!'. I explained no one ever called me. He said someone would. I did not hear from anyone then two weeks later, but I get a call that the session is the following day. With my dad still in the hospital, I call and explain no one ever call to tell me when the next session was and that my dad couldn't attend. Dr. White says 'Holy s*it! bye!', then slams the phone down. As I was stunned that a business professional would speak to me this way, I asked my boyfriend to call and explain the situation and just ask that I either get refunded or told when the next session is. Dr. White then hangs up on him! We just give up... (luckily they never charged my deposit). SO IF YOU WANT TO BE TREATED TERRIBLY, THEN DR.WHITE IS YOUR MAN. more

Mr. White holds one smoking hypnosis session per week, each session holds up to 16 people. Someone incapable of book keeping 16 peoples names and payment info is not likely capable of reorganizing your unconscious mind while under hypnosis, if he doesn't insult it in the process. I had the ""pleasure"" of attempting to schedule a session with Mr. James L. White (the Hypnotist) after I picked up one of his clinics brochures. I scheduled an appointment for my wife. I called several days before her appointment and asked if he could try to fill her spot for that week and reschedule her for a later time. He sounded very flustered trying to find his ""G@$ D@&%"" book. When he did, he was unable to verify that she was scheduled. We recently got married so I gave him both last names and her first name. These names are very common and unmistakable, especially when you spell them to the person. With no record of her being signed up for the class, the conversation ended with me saying I'd call back and reschedule her for a later session. He cut me off in the process of saying this: ""Gotta Run, **click** Nevertheless, my wife received a phone call from Mr. White the following day reminding her when and where to show up for her appointment (the one that apparently didn't exist). I call Mr. White, remind him of the conversation we had and he remembers me. He immediately gets very agitated, defensive and straight up rude even though at no point during our interactions was I confrontational or even unfriendly. He tries to tell me that I'm the one who's responsible for the mix up, ""You married the girl and don't even know her name?"" ""You'll lose your $65 deposit, it's not like it's your life savings or anything, whatever, I don't have time for this.""
