We briefly discussed the problem at hand and possible causes and talked about possible options in detail. Right away, I felt good about the communication, because he listened and heard me out. Only two and a half short hours after the call, Tony arrived at our house. His appearance, speech and demeanor were pleasant, friendly and professional. He came equipped with proper gear and supplies and had the AC up and running again in a very short period of time (around 30 minutes).
