When the heater didn't work on Friday night. I called Professional and a repair man was at my house within the hour, and he brought the part that he thought was the problem, sure enough it was. He fixed it and then couldn't find the part number in his book so he gave me a discount on the part. He was fast and very courtieous. I think they are very reasonalbly priced even though he came on an emergency call. The office also called back the next Monday to make arrangements to get a waranteed part replaced. I would highly recommend then to everyone.
