It was such a disappointment visiting this location. The staff are not welcoming, very impersonal, chatty with each other and very unprofessional, they should remove Professional from the name, seriously! \r \r My husband and I have been awaiting this day, to have my sonogram done, the person (I can't say who she was because she never introduced herself), she didn't explain what was going to do, she was just ready to insert the machine inside of me,I had to stop her and ask her if she doesn't explain to the patient what she is doing or even give a smile to comfort the patient? I was disappointed. I will never visit that location again.\r \r I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Go somewhere that appreciates our business, and understand your needs.\r \r Don't visit this location, DO NOT!!! more

I wish I would have visited this site earlier, before actually visiting this location. I have had awful experiences in this office.\r \r The front office receptionists are generally rude and unprofessional. Additionally, the wait time is horrific. Every. Single. Time. There is an extensive wait, even when you're just coming in to get your results. I've been here three times and actually had to leave once because the wait time was too long and I had to go back to work.\r \r I cannot believe their inability to review your records (financial or medical) via computer. There are hard copy records everywhere, and yet, people have such a hard time finding your specific information.\r \r Seriously. Avoid this place. It is an ill-run clinic and I can't wait until I can sever ties with this (dis)organization.\r more

Professional services mean professional services. 1/17/2012

I agree with Butterfly. This facility is manned by Physician Assistants, (PAA)and medical assistants with below average education. The halls are crowded, the waiting rooms are crowded, urine samples are placed in a window in the bathroom creating a nice way to cause a major problem with the mix up of samples,--you wait hours even if you are just getting results...,presenting nothing more than a ball of confusion. The technicians become annoyed because you ask a question, or you ask to repeat a question due to the strong Russian dialect. Its’ difficult to get a copy of your results, and one telephone operator cannot convey a message appropriately to the next operator by the time they return to your call after holding for 30 min. This is nothing more than an insurance mill. Or perhaps another Medicaid mill. Test are intentionally flawed so that you can return and spend more for repeat blood, sonogram, and any other test that they claimed a patient needed. The first set of test that you are given warrants a call back from the facility stating there is an emergency,… so” please come in to discuss the poor results. “ The discussion with the Dr. who turns out to be a PAA is meant to scare the +*8&#@ out of you so you will have no choice but to take and pay for more test. Strangely, the second set of test across the board ends in excellent, or negative results. I think that this information, and anyone with questionable feeling about the care rendered at this facility should post on all social sites (such as in the case of Butterfly). This is just to alert the public as to what is going on. Optimum health care should not just be about the dollar. And yes, if JACHO steps in there will be a problem. I just hope they don’t step in during surgical procedure’s because a shutdown is just that—tubes and wires hanging won’t matter. more

Relief. 5/15/2011

That’s all I feel right now. After dreading this process and the fear of everything that could possibly go wrong, I can’t believe how comforted I felt as soon as I walked in. Nurses were there every step of the way, taking me through the preparation for the procedure, reassuring me about all my concerns, and making sure I felt okay when it was done. Although it’s hard, I left knowing I made the right decision. I was a bit discouraged by the negative reviews but then realized they were obviously all the same person ""butterfly"" on city search and google. more

Don't use this facility 3/8/2010

This facility is not one I recommend. Do not be fooled by the website and its misleading words & photos. The site makes it appear that it is a private physician where you make an appointment, meet your doctor etc etc. ITS NOT. Its a clinic, there are people waiting in the halls, the waiting area is mobbed. And appointments are not honored. There is NO privacy from the moment you enter the door until you leave. The Medical Assistants are uneducated & cold (dont let them fool you in to thinking they are Nurses, theyre not) . You do not meet your doctor until you are in the procedure room, positioned for the procedure, and the doc speaks to you for about 1 minute before the Nurse Anesthesist (not an anesthesiologist) is trying to put a needle in your arm. Then you wake up in a room full of strangers who have had the same procedure, many of which are talking about it like they just had their teeth cleaned. Then the Medical Assistant pushes some tea & tylenol on you....mind you she is a Medical Assistant (ie minimal medical training, if any) providing post-op recovery care to patients who underwent anesthesia & an invasive procedure. NOT SAFE. Bottom line is that this place is not staffed with well-educated, well-trained medical professionals, there are too many patients being seen at a time......its just not safe! And yes, they will tell you how they are JCAHO accredited, which means that when they know JCAHO is coming they are on their best behavior & get themslves organized for a few weeks in order to get accredited.......if JCAHO had stopped in on the day I was there they would have been fined repeatedly. The only good thing I can say is that the procedure area & recovery area were clean. Other than that, the place is a disgrace. I made the mistake of choosing this option, it has forever changed my life. I have not been the same since. However, I remain pro-choice because I do beleive that everyone has the right to make a decision that is right for them. For me it was a mistake and something I would never, ever ever do again. I just hope this review helps & if you decide to choose this option you are able to find a better facility where you can feel safe and cared for by the medical professionals who are hired to care for you. Pros: Clean Cons: No privacy, uneducated staff, long wait time, more

Great Care, Very Clean and Professional 3/3/2009

This place is very clean. The receptionist was very warm and professional. They discussed the options for payment with me and even accepted my credit cards for convenience. I waited for at least 25 - 30 minutes which wasn't bad because while I waited I had filled paperwork, and had my consultation. As soon as I came out of my consultation I was sent into a very clean locker room which was very warm, carpeted, and felt as if you was in your own home, lockers were not those big medal lockers but cute wooden cupboards with a lock. They ask you to keep your key around your wrist. Staff gave you your space to use the restroom before the procedure if needed. They never rushed me. As I got into the room it was super clean which is great. No signs of any other patient ever being there. I had a female physician do the sonogram and she let me know how many weeks I was. She was also the one to do my procedure. Right as I was having my sono done the anesthesiologist did my IV. I told him I was nervous and he told me some jokes. It was surprising how dedicated they were to making me feel at ease. I went to sleep immediately. The procedure was done in 10 min. I woke up with no pain, just a little woosy which is normal. Staff gave me tea and candy while I recovered. One woman even helped me to the bathroom. I highly recommend to anyone nervous about the situation, They never made me feel bad because of my choice. Great place. Wish there was more medical practices in general like these people. Pros: Great Place, Very clean. Convienient to all transit, resteraunts for quick post op bite/drink, alot of cabs available Cons: They dont really do complimentry cab service like mentioned on their site. more
