Becoming a professional roofing contractor was a product of first being a realtor. I experienced first-hand during home closings that the roof was destroyed by hail or other circumstances; and as a result, the roof ' pass inspection and both the buyer and seller ' have extra money for the expenses. This of course led to prolonging the process and adding stress to the already stressful situation. I pivoted and began educating myself and gained valuable experience learning alongside other industry professionals. 20 years later ' helped countless families make sound decisions before buying their home and guided them through every detail of their roof and helped repair or replace if the circumstance required it.
