Always GREAT service 10/5/2018

I have been taking my vehicles to Professional Automotive since the 1980's. Have always received honest and fair service. I especially like that they let me know when something is starting to wear or go bad. Never any pressure to do more than what you expected. Highly recommend! more

Awesome service 9/23/2018

Mike and Matthew are awesome. Had an 80 point inspection done. They got me in super fast, which was great for my last minute request. Mike even took the time to explain the inspection results in depth and answered several of my questions without ever rushing me. I don’t know a lot about cars and it was great to have a professional take the time to explain some basic concepts and offer advice. I’ve recommended this business several times and I will continue to do so! more

I brought my 2003 Honda Pilot with me when I moved from Seattle to Anchorage. After my first winter here, I realized it was going to soon need a timing belt replacement. I called around and got various quotes or in some cases no quotes. The highest was $2,300 from the Honda dealer. Mike, the owner of Professional Automotive, gave a quote of $1,161. I decided to go with Mike because of the price and the positive online reviews. Glad I did as the timing belt repair came in at $1,161 and was done the same day I dropp more

When you need an honest mechanic, this is where you go. I have thought I needed new brakes, they have let me know when I do and don't, sometimes a squeal is just from it sitting too many days in a row or a rock getting caught. They don't ever do anything that isn't necessary, and when they DO do something, they back their work! Never a bad experience with these guys. Love Professional Automotive! more
