I called for a windshield replacement quote. When I got the quote, I asked if that included tax and everything and was told yes. Today the guy shows up to replace my windshield, and the entire time he's working on it, he's also on his cell phone. \r When I finally went out to pay the man, he charged me what I was quoted and tax, along with the price for new stripping. I got the tax taken off but still had to pay the extra $70 for the stripping that I did not ask for. \r If it needed to be replaced, he should have told me before replacing it so that I would have been aware of what I was going to be charged. \r Overall the windshield turned out beautiful and my crack is gone, but I should not be charged for something I did not ask for. If you use them, be sure to ask what they are going to do. more
