I don't know what the previous post has to do with the company, I am at a large organization and personal relationships at the office are often ""private"" and upper management can't let anyone go based upon alleged relationships, but never the less a very good company. As a senior revenue cycle manager the company provided many solutions that were not available at ""traditional"" collection agencies, the process of working with them has been great. It also nice to deal with a senior management team that has deep receivable experience. So why would I go out of my way to right this post?? I saw the ""values"" of the company first hand when they asked about a current payment process we had in place. Without hesitation they suggested a new process that could be implemented at my facilities that has turned out to increase our up-front revenue, and reduce the number of accounts that needed to be collected. Unlike other companies I deal with they were truly concerned about making my facilities more efficient. They could have said nothing and made more money collecting the money on the back-end, that says a lot about a company!!!
