Procida Tile

I dont know what everyone is raving about...They are all crooks here. They took my money 2 years go and I got nothing. They never gave me my merchadise or my money. Took them to court and Procida never showed up....Buyer Beware!!!!!! more

Procida Tile imports tile from around the world, for those on Long Island. They had a run in with a bad partner but they bounced back, in fact i think they are the best out there. Procida had great Italian tile as well as beautiful domestic tile as well. They had hand painted tile, tumbled marble, glass tile and more. They really have outdone themselves. more

It seems to me that Procida Tile hired the wrong guy and he hurt the company pretty bad. He gave them a bad rep but they are better now. Seems all they had to do was fire him... more

I know everyone has heard about Mr. Brett but I wanted to let all you shoppers know out there that he is gone. All of the old "owners" and "managers" (if you could even call them that) are gone, and have been for quite some time now. In this location you will find friendly and knowledgeable designers (they are not just salesmen/saleswomen, they actually know how to design). So please ignore all the bad feedback and reviews from other people about this store. Just remember Brett is gone, and the new sales people and managers of this store will be glad to give you the best service possible. more

Ok, please ignore the last review.. New owners Vinny and Liz have taken over.. They are wonderful. I am writing this review becuase in this day and age, you do not get many people willing to bend the rules and go out of their way to make a customer happy. Here is what happened. My mother had her bathroom done.. The jerk contractor ordered a lot more tile then needed, I mean a LOT. On her reciept it said no returns on special orders or sale prices. She got an amazing price to begin with. We called Vinny and he said come down and we will talk. WHen we got there, they were amazing.. Really nice folks. Helped us with the tile getting it in the building, explained there policy, but in the end, still gave my Mom a full refund just to make her happy> They were not suppose to, nor did they have to do that. We were there over an hour chatting. They even gave us a free coupon to friendlys for my son, because they knew we hadn't had lunch. They are a beautiful couple and are very nice people. I consider them friends now and will be back for sure to say hi.. Also, I will NEVER go anywere else if and when I need tile in the future. I am very happy with them and I wish them much success in their business. Like I said, they are new owners. Whoever ripped off the prior review is gone. You have to go there! I LOVE THEM!
