Easily the worst customer service experience of my life. Under no circumstances should you use Proactive Computing or its owner. I cannot list a name here due to review limitations but if you are talking to Proactive Computing you are talking to him. There are no employees, there is no office, though he will tell you otherwise on both counts. I spent $350 and literally 4 months trying to get him to keep promises and appointments and another month trying to get a refund. He will do nothing for you, he will simply not show up and keep stalling you. Learn from my mistake.
