I was very pleased with service; Tech was actually early for appointment at my house which is a first in SAnta Fe.

service, as usual good (tommie) recent billing change - to charge by job - at their increased hourly rate, instead of by time spent doing said job came as a shock. i likely won...

I've worked with ProTech for almost eight years and can honestly say they are the BEST in Santa Fe! Lotus Home Management cares for private properties in Santa Fe, and without fail ProTech has saved the day on countless occasions. They show up on time (if not early), they get the necessary parts quickly and they do it right the first time. They are GOLDEN! Integrity, work ethic, honesty and fair pricing are just some of their merits. Don't call anyone else - just call ProTech. more

Consistency of Quality 1/7/2017

I've used ProTech several times since purchasing my home approximately a year ago. The services rendered range from small (dryer vent cleaning) to major (natural gas conversion, installation of ductless mini-split heating and cooling systems). In each instance the process and result has been most excellent. They are not the cheapest, but without a doubt, they are the best. Each job has been completed without delays, neatly, within budget, and without fault. Perhaps as important as anything else, to a person, they have been friendly, enjoyable individuals to work with. I'd highly recommend them. more

Fernando arrived a little earlier than expected and got my heat pump working again very quickly! I was really glad to get heat again just before some of the coldest days of the year. Fernando was great to deal with. I'm happy to have Pro-Tech to rely on. more

Matt and his crews are the best 12/16/2016

I've worked with Matt Madrid and Pro-Tech for several years. They've installed 3 ductless air conditioners and a ductless whole house humidifier. I find them to be skilled, knowledgable and trustworthy. The customer service is among the best I've ever encountered. I will continue to work with them and recommend them highly. more

I have used Pro-Tech and Matt for the past three years. They installed my heater/air conditioner on a remodel, great work. i have used them for custom duct-work throughout my home and found them to provide excellent service. I use them to annually service my heater and they do a great job. HONEST, TECHNICALLY SOUND and TRUSTWORTHY !! more

Fast and Efficient 11/29/2016

Got an error on my Rinnai tankless water heater that required service. I called Pro-Tech and was sent out a tech in a timely manner. Tommy knew exactly what to do and was here less than 30 minutes. Great service and I'll be using Pro-Tech for future service needs. more
