hot water heater 6/5/2018

joe and bill were great. i called mon and tuesday a new hot water heater arrive. they checked the entire house to make sure everything was working the way it should be. more

Emergency Pipe Leak 5/6/2018

Ryan responded initially by cell phone without my having to leave a message. He explained how long it would take him to get to my home and cost per hour for service. Ryan arrived promptly and had the repair work done efficiently. He also explained clearly the options while repairing, and gave me a referral for water restoration service company. Overall excellent service. more

Plumbing Experience 4/27/2018

Pro-Tec Plumbing and the two technicians who serviced me (two separate occasions), Jim W and Gary, were very professional and efficient. They explained the needs well and completed the tasks within reasonable time frames. They also responded quickly to my issue. I would recommend them highly! more

Evaluation of the plumbing technician 4/23/2018

Mark was polite, proficient, and efficient. He came in, got right to work, and was finished in no time. I was so grateful to have my water back on and everything up and running again. new installation 4/11/2018

Gary did a spectacular job. He installed a new faucet, soap dispenser, and garbage disposal. He made sure to tell me to dump the first batch of ice from the ice maker as the drain line had been opened. He talked about the safety issues of a "stuck" garbage disposal. And he reminded me to check for leaks before I put all my stuff back under the sink.He arrived early and worked non stop. more

WOW.. What a great experience Mark and Jake went above and beyond with the level of service they provided. They are top notch guys and very thorough and knowledgeable.
