Zac of Pro Video and Sound is a great guy. He is very thorough, and explained all the ins and outs. I would recommend him to anybody. He personally came out to my house and trouble-shot the problem, and got the internet working. It seemed like something was messed up with the t.v., and he came and fixed it. I appreciate that he came up the very next day, as the assigned tech was busy. I was impressed that he came out and fixed the problem himself. He was very genuine and he gave great service.
