Hello\r
\r
The same thing just happened to me. The first trade I had 50% drawdown on y account. he gave me the excuse this is the first time this has happened. I argued with him that it should never happen. He made no protective stop loss on the trade. He stood there and just watched. I spoke to my attorney and he has knowledge on these things and said He should and has an obligation to know what the maximun loss he will allow hios clients to take, before he has them out of the trade. My attoeney said he should be reported, but he provides a service and may not be a member and come under the jurisdiction of the SEC. As for suing, he also said you would have to know if it is worthwhile, based on his and his companies assets. Did you ask for a refund of the $7000. I just sent him an email and he has not responded to it.\r

The guy that solicited me, according to my attorney, probably gets replaced every few months and solicits people like us. he told me there would never be a big drawdown liek the one we were just in, because the trades are such high probabilty trades that if they don't go there way, they get out right away. I am out about $20k in a week. I am not sure what the recourse is though.\r
