I have an LG washer under warranty. I called Lowes on a Saturday and on Monday received an email that ProTechs (or Santana under another name) is the only "accredited LG service tech" that services my area and they'd be in touch. He was supposed to call me within 3 days. No call. I called Lowes on Friday (where I bought the washer) and asked what the next step was. They called Jason and got him on the phone with me. He said "I'll be out there Saturday afternoon". He didn't call, didn't show. I have no idea how experienced he is because he never showed up. But if you search under his phone number you'll see this non-response is typical. If you need appliance repair work done, I recommend calling a company who is serious about their work and who cares about good customer service. It's certainly not ProTechs / Santana.
