Parker Jewell was the DJ for our wedding & reception and literally the only one I would hire in the future as he went above and beyond to keep things interesting for our guests and was very accommodating with our locations and requests, as well as very professional. His work tops all of our experiences at weddings and events in the past where the dance floor dies around 10:00pm. Parker won't let that happen! All of our guests continue to talk of how much fun they had and enjoyed that Parker actually engaged the crowd in activities etc. If you want an experience like no other, Parker is your man! more

All I can say is BELIEVE the positive reviews for Pro Sound & Light. I am a music fanatic and was very particular about the variety of songs and atmosphere I wanted to create at our ceremony and reception. Our DJ Parker absolutely exceeded my already high expectations. He gave 150% throughout our entire day, had unlimited positive energy along with creative ideas, was continuously mindful of keeping our event flowing, and was very respectful of us as a couple and our guests as a whole. Multiple friends and family members commented that they had never been to a wedding with this level of entertainment. He worked comfortably with all ages and never pushed his own agenda. Our DJ Mary Hall was amazing! When we met with her she made sure she understood everything we wanted for our wedding and gave recommendations when we weren't sure what we wanted. During the reception she checked in with us to make sure everything was going the way we wanted and if there was anything more she could do. We loved that she did activities that involved the kids. We were told by many guests that this was one of the best weddings they've been to and so many more people stayed till the end because of that. more

I was thrilled that everything flowed so smoothly. I had several people tell me that they absolutely loved the music and one asked for the play list of our music because they liked it so much. I was grateful that Sam took the time to give us a heads up of when the next event was happening and to help our bridal party be organized to do the entrance song. Working with Sam made the planning of the reception easier than I expected because all the details were covered with minimal communication (planning from the west coast meant I was two hours behind)so I didn't have to stress that my ideas weren't being brought to life. I would definitely recommend Pro Sound and Light to any bride/groom or anyone looking for party entertainment. Looking back on our reception, I wouldn't have changed one detail. I can't recommend Pro Sound and Light enough. We live in Minneapolis but got married in Duluth and they made it very easy for us. They were always available by phone and were flexible meting with us in Duluth.\r \r Our DJ, Josh set up time to meet with us the day before the wedding and we went over what we were looking for both at the ceremony and the reception. He was very patient with us and asked great questions about what we did/did not want. \r \r We got married outside at Leif Erickson Park so we needed them to set up speakers, mics, etc. Josh showed up four hours early to set up and he saved the day. Come to find out, all the power outlets on the stage at the park were turned off. Josh ran back to the office, grabbed extension cords, and ran a couple hundred feet of extension cable. \r \r At the reception Josh did a great job working with the manager at Northland Country Club to keep things moving. He did a great job with music selection - we told him we just wanted people to have fun on the dance floor and he did just that. He also led a fun scavenger hunt game that everyone enjoyed. \r \r These guys are the best! more
