I had a floor drain plugged in my basement utility room, I called a few places and no one wanted to give me quote over the phone, I called Pro Power Rooter and a guy named Mark was at my house within an hour for my emergency overflow issue. He was prompt, very polite and friendly. He checked out the problem i had, then clearly outlined the options for me. He asked permission before using things in the house. All in all, he fixed the issue in under 1 hour, and waited patiently while I answered calls and such from work as the problem interrupted work. He explained the problem he fixed it and left his card for any further issues. They were quick to respond to my request, friendly, fast, affordable! I sent in a web request at 11 pm and heard back from them by 7 am by e-mail followed up by a phone call around 9 am. They gave me an affordable quote and when making my appointment they were here in less than an hour! Don and Mark were very nice and were in and out of my home very quickly.
