Amazing Customer Service And Work 3/13/2018

I had an excellent experience with PRO Plumbing Services. Most recently, we had the company come out for two different projects. We had them first install a water softener for us. The workers were quick, clean, and polite. I appreciate that the company went with the lower estimate for the job and that they didn't overcharge us. The second job the company performed was for my heater because it kept shutting on and off. They came out multiple times for this job, but everything is working well now. I like that the workers were professional, honest, and friendly. They were very fair with the pricing, so I would highly recommend their service to other people. I would also use them again for another job. The main thing that really stuck out to me was just the honesty and the kindness that the employees showed. more

Try these people out! 3/7/2018

I needed a plumber to replace a pressure reduction value that was 20 years old and a main value to our sprinkler system. I called on Tuesday morning, they gave me a rough idea on the cost, and I asked them to provide an estimate. They had Brian out at my house in Stonegate in 1 hour and the job was completed 2 hours later. Price was extremely fair and the service was spectacular. Try this company out! more

Good experiance with PRO Pulmbing 2/5/2018

We had an issue with a shower pressure and tankless water heater. The service was scheduled for the next day. Service technician was very prompt and professional. We received a through description of the issue and were given a quote that proved to be accurate. Upon completion we had a detailed write-up of all work performed. I recently had a shower leak and the technician recommended to call Delta for free replacement parts, which saved hundreds of dollars. The technician then came back and installed the parts in a timely manner. The experience was great and I really appreciated the company’s integrity. Thank you! more

Great service, unreasonable pricing 1/16/2018

We recently had Pro Plumbing address a low pressure situation for a kitchen faucet. Wes did a great job determining the cause and improving the pressure and explained things very well. We have consistently received good service from them. My reason for the low rating on this occasion is that the total costs was nearly $300 for app. 90 minutes of labor (no supplies, etc were required to my knowledge). I am all for PP receiving appropriate compensation, this just simply seemed unreasonable to me. more

Great first experience. Not so great the second. 1/5/2018

Super service and results in the working you did at my home in Franktown. Unhappy, however, for the service on our water heater at our duplex in Castle Rock. You charged a $69 trip fee + diagnostic of issue, and the heater failed again the next day. Your recommendation was $2,000 for a new hot water heater. I shopped and replaced upgraded heater installed for $1,275. Good service, buy poor billing practice to charge trip fee under these circumstances. Otherwise, I appreciate your fine service. more

I have been using PRO Plumbing Services for a few years now in buildings I rent out and am very pleased with how well the work from them has gone in the past. The people from PRO Plumbing are very friendly and professional and always do a great job getting to the work quickly. The repairs from them have always gone well and I have never had any big issues with the work that was done. In the end, I am very pleased with the services from PRO Plumbing Services, I would definitely use their services again and I highly recommend them. more

Invoicing Process 12/7/2017

We had a good experience overall, but I didn’t care for the invoice process. It wasn’t clear how to submit payment on the invoice. I called and left a message to ask for assistance and never received a call back. Then weeks later received a call asking when I was going to make payment. There should be an online payment option for customers to take care of the payment quickly and easily. more
