Of course the shower facet had to break in the morning as we were getting ready for work. I called Pro Plumbing and drain at 7:00am and low and behold a real person answered - not a machine. James was here at the time scheduled and had the new facet on within an hour and a half (had to go out and get a part). He was professional and cleaned up the mess afterwards. Pro Plumbing and Drain in Denver has worked on my house twice in the last year. The first plumbing repair project was replacing leaky gas lines in my basement. It was a really big project and they did a great job at an ok price. Then this week my water heater started flooding the basement! So I called them to replace it. I have always thought that Pro Plumbing was a more expensive provider, but I called two other plumbing companies in Denver and all of the prices quoted were similar. Pro Plumbing and Drain completed the jobs professionally. I find their employees to be very professional, competent and respectful. I know that I could probably find someone else to do the jobs at a lower price, but I know that our plumbing repair and water heater replacement jobs were done right and that my family is safe in our home. more
