If you have bees, use this company 3/28/2012

I had bees up in a tree so I called Pro Pacific Bee Removal and they scheduled me the same day. They didn't provide a price over the phone but said they would give a free inspection and estimate with no obligation. Two guys came exactly when I was scheduled and looked at the bees. They were able to give me a price without any hassle. I gladly went with the affordable price and got the hive removed in no time. Thankful for their great service! more

Excellent Service For My Bee Problem 3/7/2012

I called Pro Pacific Bee Removal after I had noticed bee activity near my roof. The customer service staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to schedule a guy to come out to provide a inspection for free. The service guy was very knowledgable and informed me about my bee problem. They were able to quote me an affordable price and remove the bees in about a couple of hours. I am really pleased with their service. Haven't seen any more bees around my property. more

Our experience with Pro Pacific Bee Removal was negative. We shared our concerns with Shane, who represented himself as the owner. In our opinion, Shane took no responsibility, did not apologise in any way, and completely dismissed us. We are not comfortable sharing the details because Shane made us feel uneasy. This company has an effective marketing campaign but our advice, based on our experience, is you can do much better. Stay clear. more
