we have been going here for at least 2 years...Their service has really gone DOWN HILL! the guy that works there name Hugo, I swear he has it out for me, everytime I call, he does...

My transmission 5/30/2014

My transmission disintegrated and I didn't know where to take it. The tow truck driver recommended Pro Pacific as that was the place he used, Wow! I received wonderful service there. They were fast, efficient, fair and even helped me with the rental car and payment options. It was like going home and having your big brothers help you out of a bad situation! Thank you to Mr Ford et al for the great service! more

Took our Jeep 2/24/2014

"Took our Jeep in for Power-train & Evap codes,\r Diag & Fixed step by step (code kept coming back) until it was fixed,\r SUPER inexpensive, Courteous, & Informative.\r DIDN'T just say it all needs done, took the time to find out what Actually needed done,\r and did it at a SUPER reasonable Price.\r Although My 1st experience w/them wasnt golden, I'm glad I kept with them,\r and would recommend to anybody." more

Knowledgeable, trustworthy, and excellent customer service makes Pro Pacific the only shop in the area where I get my car serviced AND the only shop that I will recommend to anyone searching for a reliable place to service their vehicle. I love that in addition to taking very good care of my vehicle, the staff are warm, friendly, and treat me like I'm a member of the family - the effort they make to call patrons by name does not go unnoticed!! I couldn't be more thrilled to have found them. more

Limped into town 2/6/2014

Limped into town with a burnt valve, and Pro Pacific being open on the weekend was able to diagnose the problem and get it fixed within a reasonable amount of time. more

we have been going here for at least 2 years...Their service has really gone DOWN HILL! the guy that works there name Hugo, I swear he has it out for me, everytime I call, he does not relay messages.. They were suppost to fix and oil leak, 2 months now... $900+ later, many trips to the shop, the car is still leaking. Now they have found more work for them selves, because now something else is wrong...they never took care of the intital problem...sooo dissapointed! Gonna find a new mechanic. more

Have taken care of all my cars (4) for several years. They explain everything and do great work. Have had no problems with their repairs. Prices are reasonable. Javier and Ford are easy to work with and keep you posted as to status of repairs. If you need car repairs, go here first. more

Pro Pacific to the rescue! 11/29/2010

My family and I were moving from MS to WA, when we broke down at a National Park outside Eureka, CA on a Friday evening. After being towed to one repair shop in Eureka (who could not even diagnose the problem) they referred us to Pro Pacific. Javier and his expert technicians diagnosed and repaired my truck within hours.....and this was all on Saturday. I have never had such professional, caring service before. My sincerest Thank You to Javier and his technicians for getting my family and I back on the road. more

the only mechanics I go to 9/22/2005

Pro Pacific has a great staff that explains everything to me and answers all my questions. i never feel ripped off or pressured. Also they've always gotten to my car fast, most of the time on the same day! They also clean and vacume your car out before you get it back which is a HUGE bonus! PROS: quick, through, the clean out the car, well informed CONS: none! more

Great service, good prices 9/20/2005

This is where I go whenever I have a problem with my car. As a female I always hesitate before going to a mechanics but I'v enever felt ripped off here. They always explain everything to me and I always feel I got a good deal. I've never felt pressured to pay for anything I didn't need. Bonus; they vacume your car out for you too! =) PROS: great prices, no pressure and they're fast! CONS: none more
