Another happy customer of this garage door company. The torsion spring on my garage door broken last Saturday. I did a little research on the Internet on how to replace it and discovered that this is best left to the professional due to the potential of losing a limb or your life if done improperly. In my search for a professional service, I went to Craigslist and nervously made 3 calls and left a message since it was the weekend. I didn't get a call back by Sunday and decided to hit the Yellow Pages. As I was browsing the Yellow Pages book, I remembered about the internet and quickly went there instead. Within a few minutes of reading the reviews, the clear choice was this garage door company. I called and left a message and received a call from Josh (the owner) the next hour . He gave me a very reasonable quote and we scheduled for him to be out at 11am the same day. I was at work and called my father-in-law at 11:40am and he told me David had completed the work. When I arrived home from work that evening, I found my garage door working perfectly. It operated smoother than when we first bought our house 6 years ago. In addition to replacing the springs, David had lubricated all the rollers. He also kindly gave us an extra can of "Liquid Wrench" and advised us to re-lubricate every 6 months. My garage door has a nice "hum" to it when it opens and closes. Even my 5 year old son noticed the difference and asked, "Daddy, how come the garage door sound different?" Needless to say, I am very happy with the service provided by David and would recommend him to anyone. This is by far the best experience I've ever had in hiring a professional service. The only regret I have was not being there to thank David in person. "Thank you!!"
