RIPOFF ALERT!! RIPOFF ALERT!! RIPOFF ALERT!! PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY AND DON'T USE THIS COMPANY!! FIRST COMPLAINT - THEY WERE A NO SHOW!! I was understanding and called them and they rescheduled for the next day. (I should have seen this as an omen and called someone else!) SECOND COMPLAINT - THEY CHARGED ME TWICE AS MUCH as I called about - the technician argued with me that my carpet didn't qualify for the coupon! WHAT?? THIRD COMPLAINT - PUDDLES OF WATER all over my hardwood floors!! He said he had to hook up some machine in my garage and drag wet, leaking tubing all over my house. I went crazy mopping up after him! FOURTH COMPLAINT - CARPETS STILL DIRTY!! What exactly did this so-called ""stain expert"" do? Then he argued with me that I should know what caused all the stains so he could treat them better. He was CONDESCENDING, RUDE, ABRASIVE, ARGUMENTATIVE AND UNQUALIFIED!! FIFTH COMPLAINT - We called the owner and she made us e-mail pictures of the stains!! Even after we complied, she ignored our e-mail and attempts to contact her via phone. WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU ABOUT A BUSINESS??? We are disputing our charge on the credit card and calling the BBB! Wish I read the reviews before I called them - STAY AWAY FROM PRO CARPET!! more

My dog had an accident in our living room, so I called Pro Carpet to come out and clean up the mess. They did a FANTASTIC job. No more stains. Their price was also the lowest our of the three companies I called. I have no complaints with Pro Carpet - nice job! more

I called Pro Carpet Friday afternoon and they were out the next day to clean the carpet in my entire house. The young man that arrived was friendly and very knowledgable. He made our carpet look new again! I strongly recommend that you request Mike! We already have him scheduled to come back next week to clean our airducts. Pros: Great Price, Super Friendly Cons: The only con is that I hadn't used them sooner more
