my car was taken by an employee that has no license and driven to a bar and LOST. The employee was so drunk he thought it was stolen. It was found the next day in front of a bar and then he got in it and backed into someone and left. then he punched the back trunk causing more dents. My bumper is now peeling and a witness to that whole thing finally told me what happened. They also took my husbands truck and forgot to close the hood when they test drove it. The hood flew up damaginf the hinges. they had the nerve to give us th truck back this way saying we didnt close the hood. we also paid for a heater core buit never got heat after that. complained and got no where. The boss doesnt care i tried to resolve my bumper with him and he ignores all calls. that shop is awful plus your car always comes back DIRTY and USED.
