Worth Every Penny 6/1/2011

I have been using these guys for 6 years. The work they do and the time they do it in is outstanding. One or two times they were actually done a day early! These guys are worth every penny. The thing that I like the most about them overall is their pure devotion to the customer service aspect. They even picked up and delivered my car while I was really busy with work. -Bob B. more

Great Service 5/17/2011

I recently went to the place with a rear-ended car. I just wanted to let you know that they took excellent care of me. It was refreshing to have such great customer service. He really listened to me and helped me out. He knew exactly what to do with the insurance. I didn't even know that a rental car was an option and he got one for me. more

Excellent Shop 11/4/2008

I've had Pro Auto Collision work on multiple cars over the years. Most recently they repaired my daughter's Honda (front right fender). As usual, the work was excellent. The headlight stopped working a couple days after the repair. I just dropped in and they replaced it within five minutes. I highly recommend this body repair shop. more

Very Well Recommended 11/18/2005

I have a 2005 Honda Civic that I needed repairs on, and I called a Honda Dealership who referred this place. I took it there and I was very impressed with the customer service. I got lost on the way and I called and the worker met me outside and waved me down so I could find him. I walked in and it was very refreshing, and he immediately took care of my needs with quick service. I went there 10 minutes before they closed, and they did not rush me at all. They offer the best workmanship/parts and of course gurantee their work for the entire life of the vehicle. I had a strong sense of trust and honesty. PROS: Quick, friendly, fast accurate service CONS: kind of hard to find at night, not well lit area more
