Went to Proactive on Saturday morning about 10am for a quick oil change. Was told by muscle bound guy that shop ran out of oil and would be getting a shipment at noon. Came back at 2:30pm, the guy barely acknowledged me, I asked him if he got the oil and he said yes. Gave him my key and then nothing. I had to prompt him about how long it'd be? I said 20 to 30 minutes? And he replied 30 minutes. I walked across the way to Conns to kill 30 minutes and came back to the shop in approximately 35 minutes. I arrive and he's sitting there behind the counter w/ some other guy and he can barely muster the energy to get up and greet me. I say, ""I'm here to pick up my car."" He looks in the shop window and w/o batting an eye replies, ""they'll get to it in few minutes."" I responded the he told me 30 minutes and he said, ""they must have got busy."" I asked for my key back and he gave it to me w/ no apology or anything. It was like I was bothering him to have my oil changed there. As am walking out the door, he replys to his buddy, ""anyway"" and continues on with his day. Just terrible, terrible service. I cannot believe that the owners would have a guy like this representing their business. And if this guy is the owner please watch out. I just wanted an oil change. Lord help me if I had gone there for any other service. I rather walk for the next year to work than go back to this place. You can find other places to have your car worked on that will treat you much better.
