Best scuba school ever 6/10/2011

Private Scuba is the best scuba school I have ever attended. Becky is an outstanding instructor. She is very easy to work with, but she will expect you to follow the rules, but this is just for your safety as well as for the other divers. Safety first. Becky will do everything she can to help you get to your diving goals. She makes learning to dive a lot of fun. Becky will be more than your instructor, she will be your friend. I drive 75 miles one way just to have Becky as my instructor. If you are looking for a scuba school, then you can do no better than Private Scuba! more

Awesome Program! 5/24/2011

Becky has been absolutely awesome as I've gotten scuba certified. She knows her stuff and is super fun to learn from. The classes are straightforward and scheduling has been very flexible. Becky makes sure you are all set with everything you need to know. I've done the basic class and currently doing the advanced. This has included quite a few beach dives and several boat dives. All awesome! more

A+ Review 5/23/2011

I've taken 1 class, several day trips, and 1 extended trip (Cozumel) with Private Scuba. I've always had a good experience. Becky is a qualified instructor. She keeps it professional AND fun. The group trips have always been a nice mix of fun people, divers of different levels, and good locations. Some dives are FREE (off the beach) and some cost due to the price of a boat charter. The boat dives seem to be good value and careful consideration is given to weather and water conditions. Get out there and GET WET! more

Great Personialized service 5/21/2011

Becky is one of the nicest and friendelist personal trainers I know. She is concerned about the wellfair of each diver and manitains a positive attitude. I have been diving and I am a professional underwater photographer for over 45 years. I highly recommend her to every new commer as well as those who wish to have on going instruction for the fullment of all aspects of diving. Just one very good person. more

I have dove with Private Scuba as a client as well as dive master, top notch organization. My wife obtained her advanced c-card from Private Scuba and was thrilled with the attention to detail. I have not found anything about Private Scuba or Becky that I could not recommend. The boat charters are just as well run and organized. When my son is ready to be certified, we will have Becky do his training. more

A Breath of Fresh Air 5/20/2011

Searched for a long time trying to find the right instructor since I am so picky about things. Private Scuba really was the best find. Their person-ability, knowledge and flexibility really made me feel safe about doing such a risky activity. They also have a great price!!! If you looking, you no longer have to keep looking. Wonderful Group 5/20/2011

Although I have not taken any classes with Becky, my son and I have gone diving with Private SCUBA on numerous occasions we both have seen Becky in the water and out of the water with her students. To use the term students in speaking about Becky is wrong they all become friends with her she is outstanding. When I decide to take any more classes I will make the long drive from the High Desert to South Orange County to take the class from her. I have called her many times asking about dive destinations around the Caribbean and the Pacific, Becky takes each call and makes you feel as though you are the only one in the world. Best SCUBA instruction anywhere! 5/20/2011

Becky is passionate about SCUBA and is a fantastic instructor. Both my daughter and I took the Advanced course as well as the Nitrox course from her and she made it easy to understand. The dives she plans are also great. I have spoken to several friends who have also signed up with Becky and were also very happy with everything! more

Not just a class: a social circle! 5/20/2011

Becky is a fantastic instructor. She is very professional and very accommodating, doing everything she can to help you get certified. But that's not where it ends! She sets up dives all the time, inviting everybody to come out and have a good time, whether it's at Catalina or San Clemente Islands, Wreck Alley in San Diego, or someplace more local like Newport or Redondo. With Private Scuba, you aren't just getting your certification, you're getting diving friends! more
