I gave these folks a template on Thursday for 172 postcards I needed the next day, and they got it done with a smile. The owner was involved and was super nice, and the cards were beautiful. I loved knowing I was supporting a real local business rather than a corporate chain. There was a communication glitch-an employee called the number I had on the card-not a working number yet-so I didn't know when they were ready until near closing, but it ended well once the problem was discovered, and to make up for it the owner gave me a 10% discount without my asking-something no corporate shop would have done! He is clearly committed to making things right, and I recommend them without reservation! Pros: Very nice people-fast and professional Cons: None. more

I brought a project to these guys at the last minute, and it needed so much attention, and they totally worked with me over the phone, in person, and over email, to coordinate the completion of my project and get everything done in time, to my satisfaction (and I was being really picky!). Everyone there was so polite and friendly and accommodating. I was really impressed. more

Service is poor. Was quoted WRONG, came in and paid way more than I was told over the phone, and the 11x17 poster was not centered on the paper. I was in a hurry, so I paid a lot of money for bad service and quality. Thinking it might have been a fluke, I ordered my business cards there, and was just informed that it was going to be 3 DAYS LATE!\r \r I have yet to receive normal service from that place. I'M NOT GOING THERE AGAIN!. Better to pay more for Kinkos for their quality and timeliness. Pros: Parking, fluent English speakers Cons: Bad quality, Not on time. more
