I've been working with Print Facility, a family-owned business, for years. They have printed everything from business cards to ad books to huge banners and enlarged photos for exhibitions for me. I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. I am always made to feel that my project is the only important one going on; Shuja has a terrific eye for color detail and the quality of what he and his staff turn out is exceptional. more

Don't use this company. Owner/manager was rude to my blind fiance. \r \r We had a terrible experience with this company. They did not do our save-the-dates correctly, and when my fiance (who is visually impaired and carries a white cane) went back to complaint, the owner/manager was very rude, and stated something to effect: ""Oh, can't you see what the problem is?"" Owner/manager was equally rude when I called her to complain. When I asked her about the statement, she said that she didn't realize that my fiance was visually impaired. As I said, my fiance carries a white cane. She also has cataracts in her left eye. Will definitely not go back to this company.\r more

Very friendly and helpful staff. Helped me finish my project with a short deadline and came out great! Great prices! so glad I found them. I will be using them again and again in the future. Great experience. more

This Print Facility saved me! I had some very important but also very old work presentations in some old zip disks that I needed to save to my flashdrive, and since my laptop or work computer don't have zip drives I had to search around to find a place that did. I called everywhere, Kinkos, Staples, and no one was able to help me, except Print Facility. I called them, and they were very professional and friendly. When I arrived at their new location, at 629 Grove, not only I was picked up (and later dropped off at the train station), but I was finally able have my presentations saved to my flash drive. And best of all this was all free, since my company is a repeat customer. This was the best customer service! Thank you very much Print Facility, am planning to continue coming to you for my printing needs. more

This printing shop is great! It's a small family run business with great customer service. They have recently moved to a new location (629 Grove Street, Jersey City, NJ). I've had a few things printed here (including wedding invitations and brochures) and each time they have been incredibly helpful. I usually try to design my own stuff, but not being a graphic designer there are a lot of details that I don't know. Each time I've gone in the staff has given me tips and helped me to figure out how to fix my designs so that the final printed copy looks exactly how I want it to look. Additionally, I recently walked to their new location in the snow. When they found out I was planning to walk home in the snow I got offered a ride! That definitely goes above and beyond your standard customer service. more

You can pretty much get any print job done, from digital, offset, large format or even just copies. Most importantly the staff is extremely courteous and friendly. Specially the girl at the counter; its a place where they know your name. If you want quality and expert opinion, this is for you. They have bailed me out so many times that I will not consider any other printer. They are not the cheapest but they do bend over backwards. more

I have all my clients' printing done here. One job was such a rush, they made a proof in about 5 min. while I waited. They know their stuff re: design, CMYK v. spot color, etc. Plus it's easy to get to from the PATH & Lite Rail. more

I do not recommend this print shop for numerous reasons. Their customer service is terrible. Staffs get easily annoyed by being asked many questions regarding options, prices, etc. They do NOT honor customers with small job orders. Don't even think about going here unless you're requesting a large order. Also, these guys don't have much of job knowledge such as paper weight, formats, color process, etc. They do not pay attention to details in graphics, color, typography, etc. Sadly, Jersey City doesn't have many print shops. I am a designer who's currently working on signage for a client and my client introduced me to this printer in downtown jc. Having worked in the industry several years, I'm really used to a certain level of service & expectation. My vendor list includes printers who will bend over backwards to try & solve even the smallest of problems or inconsistencies. Not so with these guys. Really great for a last minute, down & dirty signage job. But really not good as far as color matching goes. Frankly, I've never dealt with rudeness to this degree as the manager actually started to tell me how to do my own job!! I have used wide format & sign printers in the past at other studios & was trying to find out specific recommended color settings (beyond simply RGB & CMYK). Could not get a clear answer. Would not recommend these guys as there are plenty of others who are above & beyond this. Pros: Quick turnaround Cons: Bad customer experience more
