Were we ever disappointed and it began right from the beginning. The hostess was eating at the stand when we walked up and hassled us about not having a reservation despite the fact it was a week night and the place was half empty. The waiter was sloppy, baggy pants, shirt untucked and dirty, and his hair was a mess. The waiter seemed to get an attitude when we did not order drinks or an appetizer. We both ordered prime rib, medium and neither was cooked properly, his was rare to raw and mine was well done. Soup was supposed to come with the dinners and when we asked what the soups were we were told cream of broccoli or french onion, we both ordered the french and were charged $10.00 each for the soup. It wasn't even good, just some mozzarella cheese melted on top of some mediochre onion soup. The cheese was stringy and chewy. The garlic mashed potatoes were not fresh, tasted like they were from a box. The whole experience was very disappointing. No drinks (only water), no appetizers, and no dessert, and our bill was $80.00, not including the tip.We will never go back there again and will continue to tell everyone we know and meet about our poor expeience at the Princess Cafe.
