I highly recommend this wonderful bakery. I ordered a Princess Cake for my sister's bridal shower and it was spectacular. They offer a variety of styles of cakes for every occasion and I will absolutely go back to them. They are a little pricey but it is worth every tasty bite. There cakes are works of art! more

Excellent quality pastries but definitely expensive for a cake. 12/30/2006

The danishes, cookies and tarts are good value and very fresh. A nice shop to sit in with a coffee, pastry and the paper. There are places of equal quality for birthday cakes in Hayward but for a quick, fresh croissant and a coffee this is it in CV. more

Delicious Cakes 5/21/2006

I needed a cake for my father's birthday so I headed over to Primrose Bakery. Instead of getting one big cake I got five small single serving cakes that were delicious. I thought it was pretty great that you could buy cakes the way you would in a restaurant. The variety was great and the whole family loved them. The five cake-lets and an owl cookie for my daughter came out to about $25 which I thought was pretty reasonable. more

The cakes are rather inexpensive for what you pay for. Decorated very nicely and each one seems to be perfect. The cakes are a little sweeter than normal cakes and can sometimes be too rich tasting. However, it is great for dinner parties and family gatherings. Great variety of cakes and the staff is always helpful and nice. more

Best Bakery 9/20/2005

This is the only place I will go to in order to buy high-quality cakes. Basically the only bakery of this kind in the area, this place appears to be both the best and only option when it comes to buying cakes. When ordered, the cakes are prepared in a timely manner and some are even available when dropping by. I highly recommend this bakery. more
