I have to completely disagree with ""jhogan7799"" (and why would you ""recommend"" after such a terrible experience?). more

My counter service has always been congenial here. I don't find the atmosphere terribly inviting, but I always order ""to go"" anyhow. I work less than a block from Primo's, so it's very convenient for me. They don't have drip coffee, but are always happy to make me an Americano with a shot of cream instead. I am an inside editor for a local newspaper. I know that this man "" Don "" is the owner of Primos deli. Sorry I dont think reviews count for your own business. I recently ate at this deli. I found the counter clerk a ""heavy set"" older blond, was quite rude. She then proceeded to lounge around at random customers tables, not caring that angry customers were walking out due to lack of service. She never asked any details about my sub. I ended up with a 12 inch french dip on white. I specifically ordered a 6 inch french dip on wheat. She then proceeded to touch my food with bare hands after handling cash. I was throughly discusted.
