This agency is incredibly dishonest. We ordered tickets to India for thousands of dollars and were forced to cancel them due to sickness. Although we have proof the airline and consolidator refunded the money to her, the agent refuses to return our money claiming she never received it. \r \r Do not risk your money by doing business with Primetime Travel. more

so weird, the other comments, perhaps from a older review or something . Went on a trip recently and I found them very helpful, sure some rude people, but the persons who helped me were very courteous and polite. I enjoyed my trip and would definitely use again. more

I have purchased ticket a year back to Bombay, and decided to traveling again with my husband. I called a few agents to shop for the cheapest price, before calling Primetime Tours and Travel on their prices. I was quoted 130 USD cheaper than other agents, which was better than I'd expected. They handled all my questions and transactions professionally and politely. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends! more

Very Bad Customer Service 9/16/2010

I would like to give 0 star but no choice. I will NEVER do business with these people. All I needed was a receipt to help for a refund but they never cared to talk to the airline nor did they provide me a receipt for the payment I made to them. They are nice until you buy the tkt. After you make the payment ..... they would say Good Bye. more

Beware of this Agency 9/11/2009

We booked the ticket for India Bangalore. Our trip was a night mare due to this agency. We family of four travelled but because of there screw up we had to waist lot of time in Bangalore to fix our tickets. The return journey dates were booked at different dates for of all us. Whe n we called then there service was hopeless. The out right refused to help. So beware of this agency. Plus don?t even mention about over charging. Pros: There is nothing good to say Cons: They dont know what they are doing more
