DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! They are the most difficult people to get a hold of and they do not live up to their word. I have spoke to two people from management with the problem still not being resolved and then no returned calls. They will email all day long, but in a company that should rely on customer service, they do not return calls, verify appointments, or follow up on promises (i.e. stocking the limo with sodas--we proceeded to have to pay for the sodas, and the money was promised back to us on our bill, and it was not)
If you want to worry about your night, have things promised to you that are not filled, and be late to all reservations--this is your company. DO NOT RELY ON PRIMESTAR.
