My fiance and I won a radio contest that required us to move our wedding up to the following week. We went into this store looking for a wedding band for my fiance and picked one out. The display ring was a very large size and we needed to order it in my fiance's correct size. The guy working said he could order it and have it there the next week so we could have it in time for our wedding.
I went to pick up the ring and it was both the wrong size AND wrong style. Not to mention--the sales guy never called me to say it was in--I had to call everyday to check with him.
He offered to let my fiance wear the wrong ring on our wedding day and then bring it back and exchange it for the correct ring which he would order and get in in a couple of weeks. However--he never pulled the ""right"" ring out of the case or wrote anything down at all. I asked if he would write me another ticket for the new ring and he said, ""No I will remember.""
Needless to say I had no faith he would remember. I spoke to my fiance on the phone and took the ring back and demanded a refund. I am waiting to see if it actually shows up on my credit card.
Save yourself the agony of letting these incompetent guys sell you anything--they are clueless.
