Right color, Right price, Right people, Right place. I LOVE my Granite. My neighbor came over to take a sneak peek and she could not find the seam. She was so mad hers does not look like that. I will not be mean to say anything about the business she used that is for her to do but from beginning to end I LOVE MY GRANITE! Lack of professionalism, discourteous, late for appointments, no apologies, poor quality, don't listen to customers, what else can I say? We recently had a large job done by them that was very poorly done and we can't recommend that anyone uses them for their granite countertops. more

Good: The color of granite choosen for the room.. Bad: Late for appointments, lack of professionalism, bad seams, damage to customers property.. Improvements: Highly skilled technicians that respect an owners property. Protection of the owners cabinets, floors and appliances. Preparation, cleanliness.. We got our granite from this place and from start to end it was like it should be. We like comparing prices at different locations and found quite a few others that charged a lot more per square foot. At their store they took us into the back where we looked at big slabs of granite and they explained and showed us the process of cutting and polishing the granite, Even moved some slabs around so we could take a good look at it. After ordering we got a call from them that our granite slab had arrived and we could come and take a look at it (and order another one if we didn't like the grain or look of that one), which we thought was very nice. Delivery, installation and everything was just perfect in our eyes. They even suggested to use the left over pieces in our house as custom built shelves for a minimal increase of price. We recently put granite countertops in our new house and were very happy with Granite Works. The nicest part for me was getting to choose the granite I wanted from HUGE (at least 6'x10') polished slabs of granite. This gives you a much better idea of what it will look like as compared to the tiny 4"x4" pieces at Home Depot. Their prices are about 1/2 of Home Depot and they don't charge extra for every little detail of installation. They also have remnants available for smaller areas, such as bathroom countertops and fireplace surrounds. The only reason I didn't give this business 5 stars is because we had several problems with the installation. But, they came back and fixed these things without a problem. more
