I had purchased a case for my wife's iPhone as a gift. Unfortunately, my color selection did not appeal to her tastes, and I returning the unopened package (in perfect condition). Upon arriving at the store, I was informed that there would be a 20% ""restocking fee!"" In disbelief, I asked the store clerk to waive this fee. He informed me that he was unable to do so, and was he unwilling to call the store manager because he was too ""hungover"" to accept phone calls. The clerk further exposed his cluelessness when he stated that ""all AT&T stores charge a restocking fee."" I promptly contacted AT&T, and visited a nearby AT&T corporate store. This statement is/was a bold lie. I strongly encourage all potential patrons in search of AT&T products, services, or accessories to visit the REAL AT&T store a mile down Barrett Parkway (in front of the Publix and Stein Mart shopping center - next to Barnes & Noble)... where your satisfaction is guaranteed. Anti-consumer business practices must NOT be rewarded.
