There is a good staff here. A few people at the front desk can be a bit gruff with the patients and seem stressed out about little things and it borders on unfriendliness. I have been able to get my daughter in to see her doctor when she is ill and in a timely manner while not waiting too long for regular appts. I like that there is a well and a sick waiting room. I am not keen on the separate area for shots and most of the shot staff are unfriendly but perhaps this is for a reason....they know they will make the kids mad!
