This is a scam company who has taken my $2000.00 downpayment for a windows replacement project wher I cancelled the contract with Prima Seal within 3 business days of signing the contract. The owner uses a false name Brad Scott where Fox5 has met and identified him as Brad Soref. His salesman Ken Alderfer meets with you and pretends he is the nice guy next door, and his office admin person Beth is in on the scam. Cons: scam company stealing from people they contract with. The people working for Prima Seal should be locked up! they scam people every day. My husband & I are victims of Prima Seal. They came into our personal home and asked for a deposit of 1427.00 and this was back in Feb. Till this day Brad has told us that he is dying of cancer, he is taking vacation after vacation, admitted in the ER room several times, will call back never does.....It never ends....He works closely with BETH and Ken. Once in a while you will have Brenda pick up the phone. He is a scam artist and We highely recommend to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.....Prima Seal just shut down but word is out that he opened a new store in Allentown PA. The Police are aware of this SCAM ARTIST & will have this guy locked up!!!! He owes hundreds of people thousands of dollars....We need your help, he has a warrant out for his arrest, let's work together to find this guy...Anyone working for Brad will be put behind bars too....Keep me posted.
