I read these reviews before calling Pride Plumbing. Hense, why I'm adding my review to the board. When I started my search I was just looking for an honest professional that would do the job right and not rake me over the coals cost-wise. Pride Plumbing seemed like a local company that did right by it's clients. After the service I had today, I'd say that's spot on. Ross was very friendly on the phone, and Steve was the guy who came to our house. He was the face of Pride Plumbing for my family. Steve was timely, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Costs were explained up front. We talked about options of what we needed to have done, and how best to do that in budget, while doing the job right. In a word... "professional". I am happy to recommend this service, and know I've got a good company to help with any plumbing issues in the future. Also look at their website for a coupon to help with expenses. more

Arrived on time for the appointment, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate. I was shocked that they were able to fix the problem on the same day. We are very happy with the service and would highly recommend Pride Plumbing. more

I had a major leak in my basement. I found Pride Plumbing on Google and called. They were on site within 2 hours. Keith Smith was very knowledgable and fixed my problem within an hour. I have used Pride Plumbing several times and will continue to do so. Not only are they always professional but they usually go above and beyond what I've asked them to do - i.e. adding grease to a faucet that isn't preforming well, noticing that my sink was missing a gasket and adding it free of charge, etc. After they leave I can rest assured the problem will be resolved and my house will be in better condition because I hired them! more

Knowledgable and courteous service rep taught me the things watch out for and gave me advice on how to correct/prevent them. I will definitely use them in the future. more

I called 7:30pm one night, and he offered to come next morning at 8am. With the $75 off coupon I found in the phone book, the price was cheaper than my co-worker paid the week before :) more

Sunday night we found we had no water. Keith arrived promptly Monday morning. He was very informative about what he planned to do to diagnose the problem and what the possibilities were. He discovered that we needed a new well pump, which he installed in short order so our water was restored. HE was great to work with - friendly, informative, and professional. more

pride plumbing were prompt, considerate, and got the job done in no time. I had sewer issues in my basement, they were at my house within the hour and I knew the cost up front; they told me if they weren't able to fix the problem, I would only pay the service fee. I can't recommend Pride Plumbing highly enough. These guys really have it together at every level. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The plumber showed up on time and completed his action in a very professional manner. Lastly, the fees were very reasonable. I'll definitely use this company again. more

E-mailed Nothnagle Home Services last evening re: leak in faucet to washing maching. They contacted Pride Plumbing & Ross called at 9a.m. today. Steve was here at 10:20 & the job completed before noon. Steve was very courteous & knowledgeable. Would highly recommend. more

Woke up to a very wet basement, called pride Plumbing at 7:30AM, they were at my door with a new water heater by 11:00AM. They take their slogan serious Prompt, Courteous, and Professional. Thanks Keith. more

Our kitchen sink clogged up and after I worked on it for 2 hours with a 25' hand-snake, I gave up and started calling plumbers for help. Ross from Pride called me back 5 minutes after I left a message. He said he could have someone there within 30 minutes. I agreed, but my first thought was "yeah, right". But as he promised, within a half-hour Keith was at my door. Keith was respectful of my home, was personable, and very thorough in ensuring the job was complete before he left. This is especially reassuring on a Friday evening after hours, when he has 2-3 more jobs to complete before he can go home! I will absolutely be calling Pride Plumbing first from now on! more

We bought a new home, and it has 4 units within the building that we rent out. We had an issue with the sewer line backing up into the basement and causing water problems in all the units. It happened late in the evening. We called several different plumbers, and we got the most efficient and fastest response to our inquiry from Pride Plumbing. Because other rental units were involved we couldn't wait. They said they would be there in a certain amount of time, and Ross came Johnny-on-the-spot, right away. He took a look and was very confident about the issue. I didn't feel like he was propping us up with a lot of extra explanation. He told us what the problem was and how to fix it. We said okay, so he set up shop. He was very clean. He put down padding so that he wouldn't make a mess, and he went right to work. He fixed the situation, and none of the tenants were too inconvenienced. Ross was as nice as could be. He is now on our permanent list as our plumber because he did a great job. I was very comfortable with him. more

Pride Plumbing has always been fair, and they have great customer service. Ross has had Pride Plumbing for about 4 years, but I have used Ross for 16 years. If you are looking for a reasonably priced plumber you can trust, use Pride Plumbing. I know that when he tells me something it is the truth. I trust him completely, that is why I keep going back. Since I did not know a plumber, I went to the yellow pages and picked Pride Plumbing. I could not have made a better choice. Ross came when promised, calling first. He was personable, professional and explained what he was going to do and the cost first. He completed the job neatly and promptly. I would not hesitate to recommend him and Pride Plumbing.
